my girlfriend is holidaying in Gambia for a week. We are both on Vodafone but is there a charge for contacting her using Blackberry messenger?



Also, does recieving emails cost whilst away?

Blackberry messenger is charged by the Byte, so there would be a minimal charged involved

Emails would be charged to receive, it may be worth having a look at our data roaming charges.

Hi guys.

To clarify, we can't state how much a BBIM will be - they're very small, but if you spend all days BBIM'ing, this will incur a small charge in proportion to our Roaming Data Charges.
