Hi I want to deactivate my blackberry services on my blackberry torch 9800 because i want to sell my phone but I can't sell it unless I remove all the blackberry services of my handset I have rang up 40035 and opt out it but it is still on the handset can you please help me ?

Best thing would be to ring up customer services, and ask them to delete the mobileemail account which is attached to your phone, and then perform a "Security Wipe" on the device.  this will ensure that the e-mail addresses have been removed from the blackberry systems, and that the phone is completely "clean" for you to sell
