Hi, it might be a wrong forum, but I got no choice, because this forum is the most helpful one above all.. especially t-mobile.
So, firstly I apologize if I submit a non-vodafone device here, desperately.
I bought BB bold a week ago in singapore, it's a brand new, with the high-end OS already, it is T-mobile carrier.. but unlocked. So, I tried it with my own carrier (I migrate from 8320), it said that the device is not valid for this service provider.
So, I tried put the PIN & IMEI to http://www.instantemail.t-mobile.de/ then I found out that my device is suspended or deactivated.
till now I have lowercase edge/gprs,
when I tried to contact germany t-mobile, they didn't know anything about this, and push me to call back to my current service provider..
any idea how to resolve this issue?
Sorry to put t-mobile in Vodafone forum.. I'm stuck for a week, cannot find anyone that could help me.
thanks before.

Hi jpang,
I'll try to help as best I can here
On the other hand, if the PIN number does not exist on the Blackberry network yet, it is much more likely that you're simply missing an active Blackberry subscription on your mobile number. I take it you've checked this with them already?

Hi Jon, thx fot the email.
Before I encountered this problem, the device was recognized in the network, as when I switch to this device then I logon to xl.blackberry.com, it said, it finds a new device with PIN : XXX , do you want to change to this device?
the funny thing was the PIN no was different to my device.. then I tried to select OK, I guess it was a mistakes from the operator. Afterward, my PIN is suspended till now.
Any idea?
thx

Hi jpang,
That message you saw means that the BIS system has recognised that the SIM number previously associated with it has changed. In other words, the number that used to belong to that handset is now in a different Blackberry, with the PIN number it was advising you of. By selecting "OK" you have effectively told it to send emails to this other handset and not yours. Ideally you wanted to choose "No" at the moment you realised it was the wrong PIN number!
We should be able to clear this all up once your email reaches the top of our queue
