I spoke to Heidi yesterday and she agreed to replace the second hand 9900 you sent me with a brand new one - which i have picked up today. I'm currently updating the software before restoring the data - I do hope it all now works fine.
When I spoke to Heidi she asked me to take the second hand one back to the store I was picking the new one up from and said the store would return it (she said she would put a note onto the account to reflect that). Went to the store , picked up the new phone and asked them to take the second-hand one off me but they said they couldn't and that stores had stopped sending them back three months ago - he checked the account and said he couldn't see any notes on the account about accepting the phone but he did say that there where a lot of notes on the account!. It was the Merry Hill Store and a tech-team member of staff called Tas. If you send me through a pre-paid return pack I will duly return the second hand phone.

I really don't know what's happening with you emails but see posts 18 and 19 in this thread. I haven't had any email from you - last one I had was on 19/04 ref WRITER [#8841462]. All I want to do is send the second hand phone back now. Then I can put all this aggravation behind me. I will send another email with this reference to confirm this - Other than that can someone give me a ring - the email address I have been using (and you have used) hasn't changed and the telephone number hasn't changed either.
