Hi AlexH92,

Thanks very much for your post. It’s always nice to be able to welcome new faces to the eForum.

I’d love to see if we can get you a great upgrade package. I’ve sent you an email. If you can reply with the information I’ve requested, we’ll be in touch over the next few days to have a chat about the options available and see if we can get you the BlackBerry 9900.

In the meantime why not have a look at standard packages for the BlackBerry 9900.

Best Wishes

Ian

Re: Early Upgrade Question

I currently have a iphone 4, i am on my 5th iphone 4 due to various faults and this latest replacement is also faulty as the battery lasts between 1hour-4hours, i can get an early upgrade on 23rd september and i want to upgrade to the new blackberry bold 9900, i currently pay £40 a month for 600 mins, unlimted texts and 500mb of internet. If i was to get the early upgrade would i have to stay on a £40 a month contract or higher? also as i still have around 6 months left on my contract would the remainder of my contract go ontop so i would end up with a 24month contract even if i select a 18month tarrif? thanks for your help :smileyhappy:

Re: Early Upgrade Question

Hi AlexH92,

Many thanks for your questions here.

Basically when it comes to an early upgrade it is treated the same as a normal upgrade in the sense that you choose a handset and a price plan that can be higher or lower than your existing plan however, this would then be the plan that you would on for the remainder of you agreement unless you decide to increase it at any time.

In regards to the commitment period, you are correct with what you have said, basically as you are already in a minimum term agreement you must see this out before the new agreement can begin therefore the new 18 months would not begin until the end of you existing agreement with us.

If you would like to discuss your upgrade options with us directly, please reply to the email which I have sent you with your details and I can get one of our team to call you to discuss the upgrade further.
