Hi my phone isn't ready for an early upgrade till next July but my blackberry has started to freeze and switch off by its self and it takes at least 10 minutes to reboot. Every time I go into the vodafone store the phone has no problems with it. I do like my blackberry but its getting beyond a joke now. Is there an extra cost to upgrade early or to get a new phone?
