hopefully a mode will be able to action i requested my unlock code for my Bold 9780 on 9th March and received an email confirmation number 5935776. Which said i would be contacted within 24 hours. Still not got it. Perhaps a mode could action.

I have been waiting a few days since the we will reply in 24 hours email. Amazing how they can send you marketing calls everyday yet cant actually update you on requests you make

Most of the Vodafone handsets are unlocked, i would recomond you to check inserting another network sim card and check.
