What a surprise my bold 9900 is playing up yet again and needs to go for repair for the 4th time! Really not Impressed as i have only had this phone since February! Does anyone know an address that I can complain to? As the vodafone call centre is useless!

I’m sorry that you are having issues with your phone again; can you advise us what is happening with your phone?

Although normally we would say that another repair is required, I would like to take a closer look at this for you.
