I have a Blackberry curve and have forgotten the username to change the password on one of the emails I have set up. I phoned customer services and visited the shop but they didn't know how to help. Is it possible to get hold of this info?

Hi suruh

As long as the email address as mobileemail in it, we will be able to get this information to you.

If you can reply back to the email that I have just sent we will then get this back to you.

Hi there, i seem to be having the same problem as alot of the people here
Ive forgotten my BIS username and password but my bbm and internet services still work.

Ive been using my blackberry overseas during the summer and when i switched back to my UK sim card it did not seem to work.

Could you help me out please?!

We will be able to get this to you, if you can reply back to the email that I have just sent and including the BlackBerry PIN we will be able to let you know your username.

Can someone help me as well. I have a bb torch, phoned customer service who sent me a text message explaining how to delete my current service books and then they sent me a text message on how to resend service books to myself. But the message wasn't complete and i've not been able to do this. The phone lines are now closed, so in need of assistance. Can someone either send me my service books or better still tell me my username and password so i can reactivate my emails. Thanks
