I have a new phone and trying to use the set-up email application, however i now need to know my Blackberry username, I assumed this was set up when i first set up original phone.
Is there anyway of finding out what it is, or resetting it?

Can you access the internet?
What type of email account are you trying to set up?
Do you see gprs in block capitals or lower case?
Is there a BlackBerry logo on your screen?

I also have problem with my BIS userame. Actually I forgot my username and I called 191 for help, they just said they don't know anything about the problem and could not help. Here I list some details about my problem:
1. I forgot my Blackberry Internet Service Username
2. I've already set up an email account in my BB and it works pretty well along with other BIS applications such as Blackberry Messenger. However, when I want to set up another email account the BIS username is required.
3. My vodafone sim card is pay as you go type. Obviously I chose the Blackberry Internet Service with PAYG type. Is there any problem with that? (Say, ithere is no username for PAYG Blackberry Internet Service.)
Can any one help me?

I need to re - setup my email account on my blackberry bold but i have forgotton my user name and password for the blackberry internet service and when i request a password reminder i do not recieve anything.
Is there any way i can find out what the usename/password is?

I've just switched blackberry devices and want to re-set up my gmail account (in addition to the primary BES account) on the new one.
I have the same problem - I cannot remember my username to enter on the internet mail account setup screen.
Please can you help?

I am sorry to say but we are not able to confirm your gmail account details, and I would recommend contacting Google to confirm these details.
If you were after you BES details these are not seen by us either and speaking with your IT person who sets this up will be able to help further
If you are using the normal BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS) this is something that we can confirm with you. I have therefore just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can get this to you.
