Forgotten my BIS User Name

Having a bit of a problem here. Upgraded my Bold 9700 to v6.0, before this I was able to view the email account set up by logging in to BIS as the phone remembered my username and password, but now, in the email set up I have to enter my username and password

As it has been a while since I manually logged in to BIS I have forgotten the username. The forgotten password tool only gives the password to the blackberry and not the username.

My question is, is there any way to find the username.
