I really want to change my phone or even my whole plan for a new phone. But I would to be honest cancel my whole contract but I have likie more than a year left on it, so I was wondering whether this is possible? :s

Firstly a very warm welcome to the eForum! It's just a shame it's not under better circumstances .
From the sounds of the the handset is faulty, in which case I would recommend a Repair . I've also sent you an email if you can reply back with the details, I can have a look at what options are available for you .
