phoned VF earlier on as I haven't been receiving emails on my accounts. And now it still fails. When I try to setup my gmail accounts it shows activation is already in process. Been waiting for 1 hour and no change.
As discussed with the nice VF tech I removed the sim card and battery for a minute and tried again. Still no luck. My .me account is setup via website and seems to be completing ok but no emails are coming through as well.
I'm on a 30 day rolling contract and just found out that the gprs is in lower case and then in upper case indicating issues with VF BIS service. Could anyone get back to me please?
Already wiped the device and that didn't help it either. Beginning to give up. All started around 2 days ago. Strangely BBM seems to be ok. Can anyone help me please? I need my emails on my BB.

Thanks for the update. Have you managed to get the SIM card replaced and has this resolved the issue?
If not, you can have your SIM replaced in store free of charge or we can send one out to you via the post. We can also assist with your BlackBerry query if the SIM isn't the fault and it's an underlying issue with your BIS account.

despite having agreed to pay £2.50 for first class delivery Royal Mail failed to deliver my sim card. Left the house at 9am this morning and still no sign of it!
Disappointed in Royal Mail, not really Vodafone as I stronlgly believe that you sent the sim card well before noon on the day I phoned in with the RIM technician. Is there any update available? More updates can be provided via PM.

Guys I'm losing the will to endure this any longer. First of all my new sim card arrived. Great. Paid £2.50 for first class delivery. Phone in at around 11am and card was shipped 23.07 the same day. Bit late if you ask me.
However, back to my problem. I now can receive emails on my phone if I chose to set them up via BB. As soon as I try to logon to the VF BIS website it asks me for the PIN and IMEI. Once provided it will go through the email accounts setup. At this point no email accounts are shown on the BIS website.
If I chose to delete the email accounts on my BB and set them up via the website all seems to be ok. That's until I open my email setup on my BB as I needed to set up another address whilst on the go. I was greated with the terms and conditions and then was in the setup dialog for email addresses. Curious I quit just to find out that the phone deleted all of the set up accounts which I created on the BIS website.
When logging on to the BIS website I'm being asked for the PIN and IMEI number again. People on Crackberry.com have reported similar issues and I seriously can't accept this.
What's happening with Vodafone at the moment? Can anyone help? Btw. battery pulls etc. performed tna.
