Hi, i wonder if someone can help?
I have 2 phone lines and an Ipad with Vodafone, i have been a customer with Vodafon for 10 years now and have been treated badly by cutsomer services.
I called 191 to log a problem with blackberry the slide function on the phone does not always slide up and down it gets stuck and the speaker makes like a rustling paper sound, i reported the issues to customer services, that advised me as i have not had phone a year yet (will be year begining of August 2012), they would arrange for a repalcement re-conditioned blackberry torch to be sent to me and i hand over the faulty handset, i asvised that i would recieve a text within 24 hours confirmng when the courier will come, that was Thursday 5th July 2012, by the Tuesday 10th July i had not heard so i called back and was told that there is no log of my call on the system, so i after i explained it all again, i was told someone will call me back within an hour? I did not get the call back. I called on Thursday 12th July was told someone will call me again within hour, still no call back? I then began to loose the will to live, and called again on Friday 13th July and was told after explaining it all again that it will not be possible to have replacement handset sent out. I was told to visit my local shop and see if they can help. I was advised that phone can be repoaired, will not get courtesy phone and the phone will be away for upto 6 weeks and all i will receive is £10 credit for goodwill - how do they work out that £10 is good enough when i will have paid £45 nearly in line rental and not had use of a working phone.
Like i said at start have 2 phone lines and a Ipad and am really thinking about leaving vodafone after this terrible service. The blackberry is due to be upgraded in October 2012 - please can you help either to get phone fixed, replacement phone sent or upgraded as i am really unhappy.

Can a Mod move this please?
Sometimes the simple answer is overlooked because it's technology that's complicated!
