Host Routing Table - Not Receiving Message

I have recently been given the use of a Blackberry Storm after losing my N97 Mini. I have put in my sim and most things work except being able to set up the e-mail. I have gone into advanced settings, Host Routing Table, then gone to Register Now but nothing happens.

Can anyone enlighten me on what I am to do next?

Re: Host Routing Table - Not Receiving Message

Hi,

If you're using BlackBerry and want the push email service you need something called BlackBerry Internet Solution added to your sim card / priceplan. With originally using a Nokia N97 I'm thinking you might not have had this on your priceplan originally - customer services should be able to check this out.

Yep, ask them to add Blackberry Internet Services, which I think is about £5 per month, then you should be able to register for Blackberry Services
