Hello,

I own a Blackberry Bold 9000 which I currently use on Pay as you go as I do not like being tied into a long term contract. However, I realised that I can not make full use of my blackberry on Pay as you go.

I read on several of your forums that the full Blackberry service can only be used if the Blackberry is on contract so I purchased one of your SIM only 30 day deals for £15 per month which I have been informed will arrive on the next working day.

Now that I have purchased a contract SIM can you please inform me as to how I can go about adding the BIS service and unlimited internet use to my phone? Could you also give me some more information about the BIS service and unlimited internet such as prices etc as I have only read about the service online and could not find much information on your website.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

really really easy

call 191 and ask them to add it it costs £5.00 per month but i would recommend that you also get the unlimited (ok it's not but you'll struggle to hit the limits on a blackberry) internet the total for both is £10.00 then your cooking with a flammable substance

Have a look at the Email Costing Section on out website as this will give you all the information you need about the costs involved.

We will happly get this service added onto your account for you, if you want us to do this for you then all you need to do is fill in the email im going to send over to email address now. This will then allow me to access your account and get this sorted for you.

Sorry to jump into this thread but could you please clarify how much (if any) mobile internet data is included with the £5 per month Blackberry Email plan listed here:

Does this plan inlcude mobile internet access or is it just for email?

Thank you for posting, I know how confusing data plans can be but I'm confident I can clarify this for you .

The Blackberry Email (BIS) service does not include mobile internet data, you'd need an additional Mobile Internet Pack for £5/month which would give you unlimited data subject to a fair useage policy of 500 MB, further details can be found on our Mobile Internet Costs page.

Welcome to the eForum, this is the best place to get information about all that is Vodafone.

A very good question, currently you can’t add BIS online, however I have sent you an email, all you need to do is replay and we will be able to sort this out for you.
