Hi there

I need to access my BIS account in order to add a new blackberry to my account as im using an unlocked bold now instead of my storm.

I had set up a mobile email account but this somehow got deleted so i made a new one this evening. Will this now be my Username and password for the BIS login?

How do i find out my details?

Your username and password for the mobileemail.vodafone.net account, is also used to access the BIS account online.

If you have any issues logging in, a quick call to our free 191 service, and they can confirm and reset these details if required.
