Did you deliberately bar in/out calls (using Call Blocking) or is it something that has just happened?
The option to do so on the BB is password protected but seems to be a network setting (like forwarding or waiting) rather than something the phone does (selecting the option queries the network before giving any settings). If it's a network setting, it should be something that Vodafone can undo.

Hi PhilippaRigby,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the eForum from all of the team.
If you have done this via a handset command (USSD) then the only way to unbar these would be to cancel all bars by calling #330*1919#
This should then cancel any bars started via a USSD.
However, can you confirm if you can still use data such as emails or BBM?
Do you get the same issue with your SIM in another phone?
Does your phone show any signal?
James
