Internet and bbm has gone off?

My internet and all my bbm went off a few days ago with no notice? can anybody tell me why!?!?!?

Are you a Pay Monthly or PAYG customer?

If you are PAYG your 30 day subscription may have run out..

hey, I am a pay monthly customer and had the blackberry services and internet as seperate add-ons yet they have both gone off?

On your signal strength are you seeing gprs/edge/3g or GPRS/EDGE/3G

Capitals mean the blackberry service is applied to your plan, lower case it is not.

If in caps there could be a problem with the handset, the sim, or the local network

If in lower case, then call 191 and get them to check everything is ok with your account :smileyhappy:
