I have, this week started to receive a few emails that are dated july.I use hotmail, BIS.

Anyreasons why ?

Hi,

I've had that on the odd occasion with hotmail during the time I've been using BlackBerry over many years.

A couple of things:

- When you check the online version of hotmail have they also been delayed on there in addition to your BlackBerry? This would point to it being a problem with Hotmail's own server

- Are the delayed emails from one particular contact or more then one contact?

from more than one contact and I have already received and read them on my laptop at the right time.They do not reappear on my laptop.

In a message list (Hotmail) hit the menu key

Options

Email reconciliation

If it's necessary, change the Message Services field (If you're already in the Hotmail account this won't be necessary)

Set the On Conflicts field

Menu

Save
