MDS Service unavailable: uefc8

Hi there,

 

I was hoping you might be able to help me, I have recently received my Blackberry Curve 9300, it is running OS 6.

I can receive my emails from my corperate email account so that is working, I can browse websites ok also, the issue I am having is not being able to access my companys intranet. When I enter the address in the browser I get the following errror:

MDS Service unavailble: uefc8

 

Anyone experienced this or know of a fix?

 

Any help appreciated!

It sounds as though your BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Solution) is set up present and correct, unfortunately this sounds as though you may need to contact your corporate IT department for support onto the company intranet as there may be restrictions.
