Hi Essendon,
Faldinio is correct, MEP is the American term for their equivalent of "Network Unlock Code"
Let us know if you have any problems.

Hi Jon
Just noticed something
Not certain if this is it
The label on the box gave me the IMEI number I gave to vodafone for the NUC
When I was just taking the battery out to remove sim card I noticed a different IMEI number under the Battery on the small CEO168 label
Could the phone have been placed in the incorrect box??
How do I get new NUC now that I have left UK?
Essendon

Hi Essendon
Thanks for getting back to us. You're spot on - if the IMEI is incorrect the code won’t work. I'm not sure why the box would be different but it will be fine to get the correct code - just follow the advice on our NUC thread and you'll be up and running very soon.
Glad I could help, have a great weekend.
Cheers
