My vodafone account not working?

Hello there,
I got a Blackberry 8250 for Christmas today and I'm having a few problems with it. I can send texts and make calls fine, but I can't access internet through vodafone (wi-fi is fine). From looking at previous posts, I think I need to subscribe to BIS - can someone confirm that this is what I need to do for internet and BBM?
Also, from 'My vodafone account', I am not able to make any adjustments to my balance, packs and extras or even view them. I have attached a picture showing the problem. It has been like this since before my Christmas lunch (very nice
).
I also have tried calling 40035, but I have the same problem as Kanoo, but James' message below delivers promise of that being fixed soon.
Hi Kanoo,
We are currently experiencing issues with this number however it has been raised as a high priority and will be resolved soon.
I would recommend giving this a try in a couple of hours.
