Network Unlock Code

Hi,

Am wondering if one of the Tech Team can look into my NUC request 9602458 for me..

Got a response back from NUC Resolutions who advised there was an issue with my e-mail address, and i dont have enough time over the next few days to contact Customer Care to find out what the problem is..

problem with e-mail address.... interesting, that shouldnt make any difference surely.

Have replied to your PM, though it is very strange that my e-mail address needs updating as any correspondence with Vodafone for me comes to the same e-mail address that i have registered in my online account and with the Forum

Similar problem I had - they said they didn't have the email address so cancelled my request.  Apparently on checking their notes, they did have my email address after all. Shoddy customer service!!!
