Hi,

Past couple of days my BB has been in and out (more out than in) of BIS connection meaning I can only get emails on WiFi and use the browser. Postcodes E16 and EC2A. I've tried HRT re-registration and to send service books (but actually can't do either with no BIS). Please advise asap.

Anyone else had this issue

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with this.

Have you lost all connection on your phone, including text and calls, or just the data services?

It could be that your handset has dropped behind on the network and needs a hard reset. You can do this by removing the battery from the handset and leaving it out for around 30 seconds, then putting the battery back in the device.
