No BIS service for 24 hours

Hey
I have had no BIS for the last 24 hours, switched from 3G to 2G to WiFi and I can't get any emails.
On a Torch 9800 done numerous battery pulls in the DD3 postcode. Any known issues?

I’m not aware of any issues with the BlackBerry service at the moment. Can you tell me if you have GPRS/3G in upper case on your handset?
Is data working ok for you over GPRS/3G/WiFi?
Can you provide us with your full postcode?
Go to settings and your account and resend yourself your service books.
Please let me know how you get on with this and if you need anything else, just give us a shout.
