Not happy at all!

I sent my Bold 9780 to Vodafone to get repaired on tThursday as it had so many faults. I recieved a parcel this morning and inside was a phone and a letter saying that Vodafone can not repair my phone within a reasonable timescale so a FULLY WORKING TRIED AND TESTED refurbished handset had been sent out to me...GREAT...well yes and no!

 

The only problem i have with the handset is that some of the letters work perfect...some have to be practically forced to respond to press!

 

 

This is poor customer service as the letter states fully tried and tested...obviously not!

 

Really thinking about taking my 7 mobile phone contracts i have with Vodafone elsewhere!

Ste ... I think you have every right to be unhappy. That really is down to poor quality control. One of the main advantages of a Blackberry is the keyboard - if that can't be used comfortably, it's faulty.

The return you have has probably been dismantled & not reassembled with sufficient care to align the keys with the contacts on the board.

I have got 5 mobiles with Vodafone, i did have 8 but i think the customer service i have recieved this time has been unacceptable. I rang customer services earlier today and was told to once again wait for a bag to be sent out and a replacement replacement phone sent out. This shouldnt happen. It should of been fully tested before sending it back to the customer who at the end of the day..is keeping Vodafone a business! There was also a generic letter that must get put in with every mobile saying its been fully tested and tried out...obviously not true! Its the third time my Blackberry has been sent off and yet i still have to send it off! I would atleast like a brand new phone and not a replacement! Maybe cusomter satisfactions isnt everything...
