Hello,

Every now and again, my phone loses battery very fast and doesn't go back to normal until I log into the BB App World and download all the new app versions. The problem is that it doesn't recognise my old password and I think I accidentally re-set it, but did it online and now the phone won't recognise this. 

Please can you help as everything on the phone is really slow - from sending a text message to even typing in my passcode.
