Re: PAYG Free BBM

I've clicked on the link and i'm registered. I've opted in on the blackberry internet service. And nothing seems to work.

Vodafone sent me a link to change the settings on the BB internet service but it sends me back to the same link.

What am i doing wrong?

Re: PAYG Free BBM

Hi indigo_girl

Firstly welcome to the Vodafone eForum family. It's always nice to see new faces here. :smileyhappy:

Mmmm. How strange :smileyindifferent:

If you have BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) active, you should be able to use the Blackberry services.

What specifically is it that doesn't work on the device? What services can you use, and which are you unable?

Have you removed your battery, and restarted your device since the service was added? If not, this is the first thing I would advise you to do. If the GPRS indicator on your device is in capitals, it shows the service is active, if it's in lower case, then there may be an issue with that.

I can check if the service is correctly provisioned, but I would need to access your account in order to check this. I have sent you an email to your eforum registered email address, and if you can kindly complete and return this, I'll be able to assist further in this matter.

Regards

Hey there indigo_girl,

It looks like we'll need to access your account in order to make sure everything is set up correctly.

I've just sent you an email. Please reply with the requested details and we'll take a look.

Cheers,
