Heyyah, 

Wondered, if there is any possibility of getting an upgrade for a blackberry without any BIS/blackberry data! 

If not, i may have to consider moving to somewhere that can offer me this!

Seems pointless unless it's the qwerty keyboard you like - it's BIS that makes a BB.

I doubt you'll be able to do what you ask online - the process is fairly rigid & it's likely that the cost of BIS forms part of the subsidy that allows the phone to be FOC.  You might get more luck in a high street store where you can explain your reasons.
