Please help, getting desperate

Arghhhhhhh! I have now spent over 4 hours on the phone to you guys trying to sort a problem with my phone. I have a Blackberry Curve 9300, I have had a contract with you since September/October 2010 and have had nothing but trouble with my Blackberry since. My original handset has been repaired twice and only this March my phone was exchanged for a supposed new one - I have since found out it was a reconditioned one. The "new" phone has now developed the same problem as my old one and I have had enough! My earpiece speaker has blown - again - so that I cannot hear the other person when making or receiving calls. I rely on my phone as I have 2 disabled children and need to be able to be contactable at all times in case there is a problem whilst I am away from home. I spoke to 3 differnet people today who all said that all they would be prepared to do is send my phone away for repair - firstly leaving me with no phone and secondly - this seems to be a common fault, 4 times in less than 2 years, on 2 handsets! I have 3 contracts with Vodafone and pay out in excess of £100 every month. I have never missed a payment, never been late making payment and have always been more than patient with you when I have had a problem in the past but enough is enough. I have been told that if I want to cancel my Blackberry contract it will cost me £100 and if I want to upgrade to another phone it will cost me £100! This is an absolute joke, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they dont speak to customers and then the agent hung up on me, I am apalled at how I have been treated tonight. Can someone please help me? All I want is either a new (not reconditioned) phone, a new contract with a upgrade to a different phone or my accont closing so I can go elsewhere (without paying £100). I am not a scammer, I pay insurance every month and can provide proof of my children's dissabilities if required.....I can not be without a working phone.

Hi superman106,
I've noticed that you've already posted your query here. This has received a response from the team and, to save duplicating information, any additional responses will be on the linked thread.
As there's nothing further that we can add here, I'll now close this thread.
Thanks
