Hi i have ordered a blackberry on tuesday. The phone has still not arrived but i have recieved confirmation emails that the phone is dispatched. Kindly tell me when i will receive the phone. Also i was thinking to change the color. Please tell me if it is possible to goto vodafone store and pick a white blackberry instead of black.

I can see that this has pending dispatch and this may be because it was placed after the cut off time for delivery the next day or because it is a bank holiday weekend.

You will receive notification when the order has been dispatched via SMS and/ or email.

Hi, 

Vodafone have sent me an email saying that i should sign up to the vodafone online account. The email quoted a telephone number that was apparently mine. I have never seen this number before.

I have made an order to vodafone, however have not had any feedback.

Could it be a simple error that i received this email, or could this be the number that belongs to my new phone?

My order number is O369907436. Please can you track this and let me know the status.
