ive currently changed bb and can't remember my mobile email user name. When I called up they said they don't have it at their end to provide me with it. Is there any possible way of finding this information out?

Hi there jamiecosta,

Unfortunately they are telling the truth with that last comment. When a mobile email account is created from the blackberry device itself, it does not create a username or password. However if you have already used your username and password in the past, customer services will have access to it through the blackberry administration web site. They really should not have a problem getting the username and resetting the password.

Customer services wont be able to get hold of your current password, but they should certainly be able to view your username and press the reset password button. The bad news is that when they press that button it will sent the password to your old device (or the device whos pin number is linked to the account) so make sure you ask them to change the pin number details as soon as you get through to them.

They can find your account by searching for one of the following.

username (if you know your exact username)
email address (this should be fairly logical)
pin number (remember this will be the old pin number from your old device)

Sorry to revive an old thread but I can't seem to find a way of posting a new one

I have the same problem. I have forgotten my user name which I need to log into my email account settings. I believe it is the same one used when I first set up my email (this was done via the mobileemail.vodafone.net address due to some initial technical problems when I first got my phone) but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. Can you help please?

hello there

i'm trying to login to my blackberry account ( http://mobileemail.vodafone.net/) and it seems like I'm trying to login with the wrong USER NAME.

I clicked on the "forgot password" option and received an email with my password but I cant figure out my USER Name.

Could you help me pls?

I want to change devices and until I can log in to my Blackberry internet service acc i cant really do anything.
