Replaying videos

I have a blackberry 8900. recently i was playing a video and i think i pressed a wrong button to exit the playback.  since then whenever i try to play either saved videos or new video messages - i get a notice on the screen "media device processor busy" and cannot now replay any videos.  any suggestoins as to how to put it right would be most welcome.

Have you tried a hard reset?

Basically, while the handset is switched on, remove the battery, wait a few minutes and then replace the battery and switch on.

Thanks for getting back and I'm glad it worked.

Its strange/funny how many things can be fixed by turning it off then on again.
