SOS signal issues on a blackberry bold 9900

Hi,
Can some one please help, I keep getting SOS on my phone, and in a really good area,this happens a lot, phone is new and only join Vodafone in feb from coming from a different network, this is becoming to be a pain now, I can't try my sim in another phone as other people r on a differentnetwork,
Please help

Hi Louise.
How old is the phone? What OS are you using (press SHIFT, ALT & H ... it's the App Version you're interested in)?
Does switching the Mobile Network off & back on restore the connection?
There was talk about this happening with early versions of OS7.0 so it might help to update the OS if you're not using the current version. To do this plug in to a PC running Desktop Manager ... don't use over-the-air unless you absolutely have to.
