Hi, I'm trying to set up my personal email on my Blackberry Curve through Setup Wizard but it only gives me the option to set up a business email account. Tried calling the Vodophone help line but the lady on the phone didn't have a clue. Please help someone ASAP!

Sounds like you need to have your plan set up for BIS. You will have to get Vodafone to sort that out for you. Either call them again, and ask to speak to someone who deals with BlackBerrys, or wait for a mod to step into this discussion.

i'm having the same problem on my curve 9300 but with my university email, it keeps telling me to confirm my email adress and password etc no matter what I do! Nobody seems to know how to fix it on the forums or when i ring up vodafone.
