Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
So my user is saying that she is not receiving work (BES) emails over WiFi. BIS personal email account messages and bberry messenger messages all work without issue.
- Sending BES emails out works ok.

Thank you for your post.
Please can you ensure that the service books are up to date and that the latest software is being used on the device.
To update service books
Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Highlight any of the numbers > press the BlackBerry Button then register

Thanks for the contact. The user was roaming in France and advice from Vodafone technical support was to manually connect to anoher network and connect back - this fixed the issue.
