Hi there, had my 9860 almost a year now and all was well until this morning.

I woke up and attempted to unlock my phone, but the lock button wasn't unlocking the phone. The clicks were just not registering!

The same goes for the clickpad, however selecting things with the clickpad still works if i click-in.

But moving horizontally and vertically do not register with the phone anymore. It has only been about 4 hours and it is SERIOUSLY driving me up the wall now.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the pad and lock buttons. I'd recommend a battery pull too. Leave the battery out for a good 15-30 minutes and then fire your BlackBerry up again. You may also want to back up your data to a computer and try a factory reset too if that doesn't work. If all else fails, I'd urge you to take advantage of the warranty on the phone.
