I am currently subscribe to BIS pay as you go monthly. I just re-activate my BIS yesterday and until now I still cannot recieve any BBM from my family and friends. I can use the msn and chat from my blackberry, browsing and email is working as well. It is only the BBM can I could not receive. Is there anything I can do? I have restart my phone by taking of the battery and put it back several times, reinstall my application world and blackberry messenger.
Thank you very much.

I think that I didn't get any reply maybe because of the incomplete information.
I am using blackberry torch 9800 and I bought it from overseas.
I have been using vodaphone when I arrived at UK in September 2011.
I didn't have enough credit to auto resubscribe the BIS at 11 February 2012.
I topped it up at around 9am that day and until now, 12 February 2012, I still cannot receive message from BBM.
My friend said, they received my message but I cannot receive their messages (they said the message could not 'D' at all)
So, hopefully I could get some help with this information.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

From your description, it sounds like the BIS did reactivate, given you say the only thing you cannot do is receive BBMs.
Can you check AppWorld for any updates for the BBM service for me?
If there aren't any, can you try reinstalling the app for me to ensure that nothing has got caught up when the service was temporarily disabled?
Let us know how you get on.

Thank you for the response and sorry for the repost, I have reinstall my BBM application, update my device to the new OS, resend service books and actived by HRT. I even wiped my device's data.
I still can receive and send BBM finely with my UK contacts. I alos can send BBM to my overseas contacts but I cannot receive BBM from them.
Here is the screenshot after I reinstall the new OS
My overseas contacts is faded and I cannot recieve BBM from them. The clear pictures are my BBM UK contact.
A new error occur while I use the Windows Live Messenger after I resend my service books. It said error 66.
I have tried to contact RIM and they ask me to ask for support from vodaphone as RIM itself cannot be contacted in person.
I really need your help, blackberry is the only means of communication with my family and friend at my homecountry.

Many thanks for the update here.
From what I can see it sounds like either a BIS profile issue or a BIS provisioning issue.
I would firstly like to take a look at your BIS registration to check everything is set up ok and possibly look at completely removing the BIS service and adding this back on for you.
So we can do this I have sent you a quick PM with details on how to get in touch with our team directly so we can look at this for you.
Once we have your details we will be able to assist you further.
You can find your PM inbox here.
If you have any comments regarding how I have handled your query today, please complete our short feedback survey.

RIM team has said that if the problem still occur, Vodafone need to escalate the issue to RIM.
Could you possibly help me to escalate this issue to RIM please?
Thank you very much for the support and assistance.
