 am unable to receive MMS messages on my Bold 9900 sent from samsung phones. The message box just says ***Not Retrieved Yet **** Download Now.

When i click on the download now box a window flashes up says retrieving now. The window then disappears and nothing else happens.

I can receive MMS from other blackberry, Nokia and apple phones the problem seems to be just with Samsung. I suspect that the format the file is saved as on the samsung is not being accepted by my Bold. Has anyone else experienced this problem? if so do you know how to sort it?
