Hi all,

Across the course of today, I have tried to send SMS messages to several people and on numerous occasions the SMS has not sent and has come up with the message ‘unidentified subscriber’ in red lettering. 

Any idea what this is about and how I might go about fixing it?  I have tried both hard and soft reboots.

Normally the error appears when the number that you're trying to contact has been deactivated or suspended, however as it's happening to several contacts the error can also occur if your message box is full so I'd suggest checking that you still have some internal memory available on your phone.

Are you still encountering the same error today? If so please let me know and we can investigate the issue further.
