I'm trying to use Vodafone Live / shop on my BlackBerry 9780. Everytime I try to load a the website, I get invaild link. The funny thing it was working a month ago.

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.
I think the first thing we need to try is to resend the service books to your handset. To do this, follow the instructions below,
Go to the Personal Email Set Up icon and log in. Then under Settings, select Service Books, then select Send service Books.
Once you have done this, pop over to the thread below and scroll down until you see the part about registering the device on the network. Follow the instructions there and let me know how you get on.

Okay, first of all thanks for the assistance.
Unfortunately this didn't work, I have even reset my phone back to factory settings and its still not working. It's just the vodafone live webite. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

I must admit that it is very strange that the link isn’t working anymore for you, so we can test this for you can you confirm what web address it is trying to load?
Also, is it the whole of Vodafone Live! or just the Vodafone Live! shop that you are having trouble with?
If you can let us know we will be able to do a bit of testing on the device for you.
