Hi,

I switched from orange to vadafone recently and I'm having trouble registering for the online services for pay monthly. I do not know my Account Number or Account PIN. I have texted the number to find out my account number and it says I am not eligible for online services. I have also rung up 191 to get a pin number but that didn't work

Can anyone tell me how to find this out?

Hi, you should be able to contact Customer Care on 191 from your phone, and after a few security questions they will be able to provide you with your account number and also set up a PIN for you..
