Hello, I topped my phone up on Monday and vodafone has took my money for my blackberry services, but it hasn't worked until monday, my internet and bbm are both not working. I've wasted all of the remaining credit on ringing vodafone, and 7 of you's have told me all different answers. I just want my bbm and internet to work because I'm almost lost without it, please help!!!!

My internet services on my blackberry haven't been working for a week today. I've spoke to several advisers all of which have told me 10 different things to do, when I go on my host routing table it still isn't working when I register. I have been charged 7 days for my services and haven't used not 1 of them after you charging me daily for my internet 1 pound a day, then also charging me 25p per minute when on the phone to your advisers wasting all of my credit on nothing.
I'd also like to mention I've rebooted my phone many times and it still won't work and I've tried when I change my network selection mode to manual etc, then back to automatic, my phone is a blackberry 9300 and all I ask is that you put my blackberry services on. PLEASE. I'm not very happy with your services at all.

Please can you also confirm you have updated the service books using the below method.
Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Highlight any of the numbers > press the BlackBerry Button then register
