curve 8520 wifi problem

hi all , first post , i have a blackberry curve 8520 on vodafone and want to connect it to my orange dc-18 livebox wireless router , problem is it recognises the livebox but wont connect , the livebox is password protected but i cant find on the phone where to put the password in , i dont have a data plan its just a 10 pounds a month unlimited texts 300 mins , hope you can help , Dave

Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.

 

When it comes to adding the password for your wireless network on your Blackberry you will need to do the following;

 

Menu – Manage connections – WIFI options – highlight the saved profile for your Orange Live box – click Blackberry Key – Edit – under security type you will see the option to enter the password or pre shared key.
