hi i m usin bb 8110 pearl and i used bis plan 2 months ago and everything worked fine for me and i deactivated and 1 month ago i reactivated it but edge is showin in small letters and i called 2 service provider and they told me my plan is activated and it is same as what i was usin before . and i did everything like battery pull out ,wipe out , upgrade and downgrade and sending registration message from host routing table and also tried on-pff data services and now also cleaned complete wipeout and installed new software. i m callin daily service provider but they said my plan is activated and working but i cant get use anything . i m ###### off . i m usin only one operator tht is vodofone and handset is also bought from vodafone store.i also put sim in other bb and EDGE is in capital letters in tht one . i read somewhr tht service provider also can block invidual bb pin . now when i installed new os i cant see also vodafone live .and before when i use vodafone live i cant log in any social sites in vodafone live which works on small edge and usage/kb.

but as i told u i used BIS on mine handset before .it was server down but edge was in caps lock and i deactivated service and when i again reacivated i m unable 2 see edge in caps so i think it is wrong with service provider maybe like they blocked my pin or something like tht

Could you 'register now' on the device and if this fails to register you to the BlackBerry server we'll need to take a look at your account.
