i need my email address password urgently and have changed my blackberry and i cant remember the password. i have tried requesting it and that dont work and rang 191 and that was a waste of time too as got told to call back tomorrow which is no good to me as need access now. can anyone help

Which email account are you trying to access?

Vodafone will only be able help with a mobileemail.vodafone.net address password.  You might be able to retrieve your password from http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.net/ (forgot password).

If it's a password to another email account (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc.) then Vodafone will not be able to help - you should be able to find a similar password recovery page on the provider's website.

If it's the Blackberry ID password you're trying to retrieve - you can do this in the BBID app or at http://uk.blackberry.com/id/
