okay, does it cost to phone vodafone and as ido not have a vodafone SIM card, can iphone from another vodafone blackberry phone but will it give the unlock code for the phone i'm phoning from instead of the other one iactually want to unlock?

If you can check our Network Unlock Code section this will give you all of the information for this, and how to request for the code.

If you call from a different phone, you will still need to give over your details and the details of the phone for the request to be made.
