Thanks for the heads up. While there is word going around on other forums between customers, we have no policy in place with a 'three strike rule' to say we'll repair or refund handset costs under warranty. This would be a decision to be made by approaching the manufacturer directly (in your case RIM).

I can appreciate if this has frustrated you if you've had so many repairs on the one device. However, as RIM aren't aware of any general issues with the phone, we must treat any problems on a case by case basis.
