ive opted in at around half 12 this morning and its still not connected to the blackberry internet service ive tried the host rout thing and several battery pulls

Thanks for your post. Are you on Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go?

If you're on Pay Monthly the BIS add-on is applied to your account from midnight the next day so if you've only added BIS at 00:30 today you would need to wait until 00:00 tomorrow for this to update. On PAYG it can take up to 24 hours to activate although it's usually quicker.

If it hasn't been applied after midnight tonight please let us know.
